EMIL KAUFMANN
Emil Kaufmann, 72, of Mishicot, died unexpectedly early Thursday morning
at Two Rivers Municipal Hospital.
Funeral services will be at 8 p.m. Friday at Lambert Funeral Home, Mishicot.
The Rev. Kristaps Caune will officiate and burial will be in Mishicot Public
Cemetery.
Mr. Kaufmann was born May 1, 1899, at Sheboygan, son of the late Rudolph and
Julia Thomas Kaufmann. He married Marguerite Thoke May 4, 1929 at Milwaukee.
They lived in Milwaukee until 1946, then farmed in the Town of Mishicot until
moving to the village in 1967. He was a welder at Manitowoc Shipbuilding Inc.
Survivors include his wife, a daughter and son-in-law (Survivors omitted for
privacy.); two brothers, Alfred, of Rt. 1, Mishicot, and Alvin, of Brandenton,
Fla.; two sisters, Mrs. Gust (Lillian) Bloedow, of Sextonvilie, Wis., and Mrs.
Hugo (Eleanor) Grunewald, of Sheboygan; and three grandsons.
Friends may call at the funeral home until the time of service.
