Major League Baseball Player. He spent seven seasons in the Major Leagues as a pitcher with the New York Highlanders, New York Yankees and Boston Braves. He attended Niagara University before making his major league debut in 1912 at the age of 19. He appeared in 130 games during his career winning 30 games and losing 51. He ended his playing career have thrown 50 complete games, including four shutouts, 349 strikeouts and a 3.29 earned run average.
