Harvey Collins, 48, of Pana, died Monday, June 6, 2016 as the result of an accident while riding an ATV. Harvey was born August 2, 1967 in Taylorville, the second son of Charles Ernest "Ernie" Collins and Mary (Allen) Collins. Harvey spent many years in the Pana and Crossville areas, with the last 19 in Crossville before moving back to the Pana area last year. He worked for Bland Construction, Rail Works, and was a volunteer fire fighter for many years prior to his death.
