She was born on June 18, 1968 and was a lifelong resident of Gadsden, Alabama, where she attended local schools. She graduated from Litchfield High School, and Jacksonville State University with a degree in history. She has recently obtained her real estate license. She is survived by her parents, husband, son, daughter, brother, and sister.
