Died last Saturday, June 4th, 2016, at the age of fifty-six in his home from extended heart-related ailments. Mark spent most of his childhood in St. Louis Park, MN. He graduated high school from The Blake School in 1978. Mark attended college at Redlands University in California and University of Wisconsin - Madison for the first three years, and finally received his Bachelor's Degree in Business from Concordia University in the 1980's.
A quarter of his remains will be buried alongside his mother in Lakewood Cemetery in Minneapolis, a quarter of the remains will be spread over his farmland in Lac Qui Parle County, another quarter spread in Shell Lake, WI where he owned a cabin, and the last quarter will be placed in the ocean.
