Laura Paige (Ethington) Hardy, age 46, of New York City, formerly of Shelbyville, Kentucky, died from ovarian cancer on the 6th day of June, 2016, in Locust Valley, New York. She was the daughter of Donnie Lee Ethington and Mary Faye (Adcock) Ethington; and the wife of, John Basil "Tripp" Hardy, III.
Raised in Shelbyville, Kentucky, she graduated from Shelby County High School and the University of Kentucky, where she was a member of the Delta Delta Delta Sorority.
She was preceded in death by her father.
