Lee Kadow, 91, of the village of Mishicot, died Wednesday morning, April
3, 1991, at Park Lawn Home, Manitowoc.
The Mass of Chrisitan Burial will be 11 a.m. Friday at Holy Cross
Catholic Church, Mishicot. Msgr. James Feely officiating and burial will
be in the parish cemetery.
He was born in Mishicot, August 1, 1899, son of the late Joseph and Mary
Ploeckelmann Kadow. He was married to Tina Pribyl September 7, 1928, at
St. Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc. He and his wife owned and
operated the Kadow Meat Market in Mishicot until retiring. He was a
member of the Mishicot Knights of Columbus Council 4807, the Mishicot
Senior Citizens, past member of the Mishicot Lions Club.
Survivors include his wife; one daughter and son-in-law, Mary Ann and
James St. Pierre of Appleton; one granddaughter, Mrs. Mary Beth Meyer
and her husband, Thomas, of Green Bay; two great grandsons, Bent and
Matthew of Green Bay; one sister, Mrs. Hattie Meineke of Mishicot; three
sisters-in-law, Mrs. Dora Kadow of Mishicot, Mrs. Carrie Schmidt of
Milwaukee and Mrs. Colleta Pribyl of Madison; nieces and nephews. He was
preceded in death by a brother, Grover.
Friends may call at the Lambert Funeral Home, Mishicot, from 5:30-8:00
p.m. Thursday. Parish memorial services and Knights of Columbus Rosary
will be held jointly at 7:30.
