Gina was born to James and Sandra Nutt on June 4, 1963 in Waco TX. Gina was a cherished wife, mother and sister and an inspiration to all who knew her. Mrs. Middleton was worried more about someone else's pain and suffering than her own.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors: her husband, David Middleton; son, Dalton Middleton; step-son James Gilmore; sister, Debbie Vieregge and husband, Greg; aunt, Brenda Thompson; granddaughter, Raegan Middleton; and special friends, Mike and Tammy Smith.
