Widow of Allen Rose, passed away on Thursday, June 2, 2016.
She is survived by her children Jane, Burns Allen (LaVerne), Lillian Esposito and Albert (Carmen); also many grand, great-grand and great-great grandchildren and numerous relatives.
She retired from IRS after 30 years of service in Camden, Phila., and Holtsville, NY centers. She was a past member of Grant A.M.E. Church until she joined Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, where her grandson, Rev. Atiba Rose is the Pastor. She was very active in church work as an organist, choir member, missionary, lay organization member and president, church clerk, steward board secretary; she was also a member of "mother earth" organization.
Services will be held 11am Saturday, June 11, 2016 at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, 44 High Street, Mullica Hill, NJ. Viewing hours: 9am - 11am only. Burial 11am Monday, June 13, 2016 in Rose Valley Cemetery, Ambler, PA. Arrangements entrusted to COVINGTON FUNERAL HOME, Atco. Condolences may be sent to www.covingtonfh.com.
