Mrs. Williams attended the public schools of Sumter County. She was a graduate of Lincoln High School, Class of 1968, and Central Carolina Technical College with an Associate's Degree in Medical Assistance. She was employed for 15 years with Campbell Soup Company and was employed for several years at Palmetto Health Tuomey formerly known as Tuomey Regional Medical Center as an EKG Technician.
Mrs. Williams symbolized her dedication to Jehovah God on January 3, 1999. She loved the ministry and found great joy in talking to others about Jehovah's Kingdom. Mrs. Williams was a faithful member of the East Sumter Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Eddie and Mamie Davis Dees.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories: her husband, Henry Williams; two daughters, Sonya Lacey of Blythewoood, SC and Fernaundra (Henry) Brooks of Sumter, SC; two sons, Justin Williams of the home and Marcus (Tawana) Williams of Columbia, SC; two brothers Rev. Eddie (Gayle) Deas III of Gastonia, NC and Ralph (Vernette) Deas of Columbia, SC; five grandchildren, Augustus Singletary IV, Aidan Williams, Daquandra Clyburn, Miquria Clyburn, and Kanetra Clyburn; an adopted sister, Betty (Dudley) Tiller; adopted children, Charlette Kinley, Pamela (Wilbur) Perry, Sheryl Fuller, Adria Taylor, Johnny (Feather) Prince, Redella (Mervin) Rouse, Eshon Cunningham, Jermaine Olden, Stephen Washington, Ferryn Gore, Jessie (Michael) Wright, and Ashland Capers; an adopted grandchild Mason Wright; a beloved, mother-in-law, Naomi Hudson of Sumter, SC; a sister-in-law, Rose (Quinn) Hill of Dallas, TX; four brothers-in-law, Joey (LaDonna) Hudson of Swansea, IL, Terry Hudson of Baltimore, MD, Carl Hudson, and Adolphus Hudson Jr., both of Sumter, SC; a special aunt, Patsy Gainey of Hollis, NY and a host of family and friends.
