Born on the 1st day of March , 1937, in Shelbyville , she was the daughter
Of the late James and Christine Cinnamond Catlett .
She was a caregiver and a member of the Graefenburg Christian Church in Graefenburg, Kentucky.
She loved to clean and take care of the elderly.
Most of all, Hazel loved her family and her two dogs, Rags and Teddy.
Survivors include her daughter, Linda and her husband , Jack, grandson ,
William and his wife, Anna, granddaughter, Samantha and her husband ,
Christopher, two great- granddaughters.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sisters,
Doris Jean Catlett Hughes and Margie Catlett ; and Emmett Aaron
Caldwell , the father of her child.
Funeral services at Hall -Taylor Funeral Home of Shelbyville .
Interment in Grove Hill Cemetery .
Arrangements were entrusted to the Gardinier Funeral Home in
Franklin , Pennsylvania .
