Al was born in Eau Claire Wisconsin to Hartman and Isabelle [Wulff] Kaste. He graduated from Jackson High School in Jackson Michigan. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1953. After discharge he attended Western Michigan University where he earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering technology. He is survived by his wife Betty Ann [Oglesbee] Kaste. His children, Kristen Kaste of Lilburn, Charles and his wife Lisa of Marietta, David of Lilburn and Andrew and his wife Shea of Marietta. His brother Lee and his wife Barbara of Port Lucie, Florada. His grandchildren Jonathan, Joshua, Robert, Julia, Stephen, Stanford and Havana along with several nieces and nephews.
