Born and reared near Downsville, she had lived for the past 30 years in Hagerstown. She was the daughter of John H and Ida Burger Fowler.
She was also a member of St Mark's Lutheran Church.
She is survived by: sisters, Mrs Russell Willard and Mrs Mable Schildknecht, both of Hagerstown; and Mrs Bertha Riley, Springfield, Ohio; two nephews and a niece.
Services at A K Coffman Funeral Home Monday at 2 pm, Rev Edward P Heinze officiating. Interment in Rest Haven Cemetery.
