Age 84, of Richfield, passed away on 6/4/16 after a short hospitalization. Richard served in the US Navy from 1951-1955 aboard the USS Hunt DD764. He married Shirley Nelson on June 14, 1958 in Minneapolis. In 1973, Richard started Andon Balloons in Richfield while also working at Northwest Airlines.
