Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 25, 1997, at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Mishicot. Rev. William O'Brien will officiate with burial in the Holy Cross Catholic Church Cemetery, Mishicot.
She was born November 16, 1921, in Denmark, daughter of the late Henry and Mary Braedel Kellner. Mary was a lifelong area resident. She married Milton J. Guex on August 23, 1941, at All Saints Catholic Church, Denmark. She and her husband farmed for many years and she was an avid high school athletic event follower.
Survivors include her husband, Milton; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Judith and Gordy Kudick, Ginny Finnel, and Maryann (Wayne) Mueller, all of Mishicot; one son, James (Marcia) Guex, Mishicot; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one brother, Gordon Kellner, Green Bay; nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by one son, Thomas; one grandson, Steve; one granddaughter, Janene; one son-in-law, John Finnel.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Lambert Funeral Home, Mishicot, and after 9 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home before leaving for the church. There will be a Parish Wake Service at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home followed by a V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary Service at 7 p.m.
