MRS. AMY KERSEY

DURHAM - Mrs. Amy Gwaltney Kersey of 2800 Croasdaile Drive, Apt. K-4, died Friday at her home.

Funeral will be at 9 a.m. Monday at Clements Funeral Home. Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Monday in New Bern National Cemetery in New Bern.

A native of New Bern, she was an employee of Haywood Davis Century 21, a graduate of Florida McDonald College and a volunteer with the American Red Cross.

Surviving are sons, Thomas A. Kersey of Leesburg, Ga., Robert W. Kersey Jr. of Albany, Ga., Christopher D. Kersey of Greensboro, Geoffrey Kersey of Durham; sisters, Mrs. Maude Gwaltney Dillehunt, Mrs. Sylvia Gwaltney Williamson, both of New Bern; brothers, Joseph L. Gwaltney of Oriental, John F. Gwaltney of New Bern; six grandchildren.

The family will be at the funeral home 7-9 p.m. Sunday.

Memorial contributions may be made to Triangle Hospice, 1804 Southern Parkway, Durham, N.C. 27707.
