Survivors; A Son, Mickey ( Debbie ) Mullen of Russellville, A Daughter; Judy ( Joe ) Waggoner, of Elkton, Kentucky., A Brother; Karon Mullen of Virginia. Four Grandchildren and Four Great-Grandchildren.

Funeral Services for Nealy Mullen will be conducted 11 AM Wednesday June 8, 2016 in the Young Funeral Home Russellville Chapel with Bro. Ron Wells and Bro. Keith Hildabrand officiating. Burial will follow in the Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday June 7, 2016 from 5-8 PM and Wednesday from 8 AM until the funeral hour at 11 AM."
