Mrs. Bivins was born in Shelby County, daughter of William and Elizabeth Little. She was a member of the United Methodist Church, Findlay. She married Guy Bivins in 1915. He died in 1973.
Surviving is her brother, Elmer Little at Oklahoma City, Okla.
