Mr. Hugh David Adams, age 77, a resident of Mayfield, passed away at 1:45 A.M. Saturday, June 04, 2016 at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield. He was a retired automobile mechanic. He is survived by his wife Arlene Deering Adams, two daughters; Tracy (Dan) Szurgot, Mayfield, Kelly (Jody) Martin, Columbus, OH, one son; David Adams, Arizona, three brothers; Dwain Adams, Benton, Johnny Adams, Paducah, Bobby Adams, Kirksey, two sisters; Emma Rushing, Murray and Anna Flood, Mayfield and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; Hill and Vivian Edwards Adams, two brothers; James Adams and Hal Adams and one sister; Betty Blackburn. A memorial visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Tuesday at the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield.
