Six Lakes ---- Shari L. Smith, 42, of Greenville, formerly of Entrican, passed away, unexpectedly Thursday, Oct. 26, 2006, at her home.
Shari was born in Lakeview on Nov. 20, 1963, to Carl and Sandra Austin Smith.
She was raised in the Entrican area and graduated from Lakeview High School with the class of 1982. She was previously employed for several years as a meat cutter at the old Meijer store in Greenville. Shari enjoyed doing yard work, helping her dad work on cars, music and spending time with her family, extended family and friends.
Shari was preceded in death by her grand parents, Ray and Maxine Austin, Grover and Madge Smith.
Shari is survived by two sons, Kristofer Holden of the United States Army in Afghanistan, Nikolas Holden of Big Rapids; parents, Carl and Sandra Smith of Entrican; sister, Sheila Smith, and friend, Harold Haight of Greenville; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Carl and Teresa Smith of Greenville, Curtis and Tracy Smith of Ravenna; special friends, Phil and Kendra Kent, Nelson McCrumb; her dog, Molly; and several aunts, uncles,cousins, nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at Brigham Funeral Chapel, Six lakes, with Pastor Eugene Kooi officiating. Burial is in Entrican Hillside Cemetery.
Visitation is from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
