Tiffany Lynn Malecki-Cook, 6, of Harrison died at 10:29 p.m. Sunday (May 27, 2002) in Children's Hospital, Pittsburgh, following a lengthy illness.
Born April 28, 1996, in Pittsburgh, she lived in Harrison all her life.
Tiffany attended kindergarten at McGuire School, New Brighton.
She enjoyed music.
Survivors include her parents, George Cook Jr. and Tracy Lynn Malecki; several brothers, including Justin Hayden at home, Eric Brown of Aliquippa, Jammal Gilbert of New Brighton, Raheem Cook of Coraopolis, and Tyrone Kinney and Rasheed Woods, both of Pittsburgh; several sisters, including Brittany Cook at home and Ashley Cook of New Kensington; her paternal grandmother, Iona Layne Cook of Pittsburgh; and her maternal grandmother, Wanetta Carpenter Malecki of Springdale.
Relatives and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in DUSTER FUNERAL HOME INC., 10th Avenue at Corbet Street, Tarentum, where services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday. Officiating will be Bishop Fred Morman, pastor of Kings Deliverance Holiness Church, Parks. Burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Park, Lower Burrell.
