TODD CLIFFORD THOMAS Todd Clifford Thomas was born July 31, 1980 in Oroville and has passed away on May 28, 2016 in Paradise. Todd grew up in Richvale and enjoyed a childhood with many caring neighbors and friends. He was always a kind and caring person throughout this life. He had a natural inclination in music and art and won 'honorable mention' for his art work at the 2000 Taste of Chico exhibit. He developed mental illness at the young age of 21 and thereafter struggled in many ways. He is survived by his father, Fred Thomas (Dianna) of Chico, his mother, Christina Carson (Rod) of Boulder City, Nevada; his brother Adam Thomas (Lorenna) and nieces Amelia and Addison of Red Bluff, CA. He is also survived by his sister Cara Crugnale (Jim)and niece Mae of Lexington, South Carolina. No services are planned. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to Caminar Butte County care of the North Valley Community Foundation.
