Charlotte Anne Shepherd, 81, of Phoenix, AZ., passed away on April 19, 2016 at her home.
Charlotte was born on Dec. 12, 1934 in Gilman to Earl and Frieda Meyer. She grew up in Gilman. She married Sonny Shepherd on Dec. 13, 1958. He survives.
Also surviving are brothers, Arnold and Patricia Meyer of Gilman and Earl and Sharon Meyer of Crossville, TN.; and sisters-in-law, Eileen Meyer and Glendola Meyer, both of Gilman, and Mary Ann and Jerry Cox of Kankakee.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Lillian Meyer and Mardelle Trumble; and brothers, Walter Meyer and Roger Meyer.
Charlotte was very active in her church choir and Bible study. She enjoyed exploring her family ancestry and crafts of all kinds.
