Jeffrey Edmund Brooks of Toledo, Ohio passed away on January 9, 2016, at Hospice of NW Ohio after a brave battle with pancreatic cancer.
He was born September 26, 1952, in Monroe, Michigan to Evelyn and Edmund Brooks. Jeff was employed at Jeep for 35 years, retiring in 2008.
Jeff was passionate about his cars and his enthusiasm about studying and tasting the best wines, matched with his interests in creating gourmet dinners. In earlier years, he enjoying traveling to California and Mexico and riding his motorcycles.
Jeff will be dearly missed by his large and loving family, and special longtime friends.
He is survived by his parents, Evelyn and Edmund Brooks; siblings, Suzanne (Dean) Flightner, Bonnie, Joseph (Chris), Paula (Scott) McNay, Vickie (Doug) Palmer, Eddie (Stacy) and many nieces and nephews.
