Death of Miss Shane
The Remains Brought to This City for Interment.
Miss Fannie Shane died at the City Hospital. Baltimore. Friday last, aged about 51 years. The deceased was the youngest daughter of the late John and Margaret Shane. Among the surviving relatives are Sister M Pauline, of the Visitation Monastery, Wilmington, Del. and Mrs. A. A. Hess, of Jonesburg, Missouri, sisters: Mrs. P. T. Seaver - niece, and William E. Walsh - nephew, of this city; Mrs. George Harrison, niece of Baltimore; Samuel D Ways, Mrs P J Smith, Mrs Mary Schaidt, George E Ways, Mrs William D Paisley, Harry R Donnelly, George P Ways, Charles W Donnelly and others of this city. The remains were brought here on yesterday and taken to the residence of Mr William Walsh, a nephew, from where the funeral took place at 8 o'clock this morning with high requiem mass at St Patrick's church at 8:30. The pallbearers were Messrs. J P Ganney, W T Coulehan, R I Birmingham, and Hugh N McMullen. Interment was made in St. Patrick's cemetery.
