Geraldine "Gerry" Krissel went to be with the Lord Wednesday, July 30th, 2008. She was born in Johnson City, New York, on June 24th, 1928.

She was predeceased by her parents, Oscar Krissel and Grace Bates, her son, James Michael, and grandson, Aaron. Gerry is survived by her children, David R. Bidwell, Nancy Roser, and Tracy and Steve Clark. Also surviving her are two brothers, Oscar Krissel, and Lynn Palmer; grandchildren, Amber and Nathan Walker, Jamie and Elijah Mayer, Indiana, Kristopher Clark, and Michael Bidwell; and two great-granddaughters; special friend, Pat Barker.

She was a member of the American Legion Post 82 of Endicott, she was also a member of Maine Federated Church of Maine, N.Y. and the founder of Crafters for Christ.

Callings hours for Gerry will be held at Maine Federated Church, Route 26, Maine, N.Y. from 4 to 6 p.m. on Friday, August 1st. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, a donation may be made at Maine Federated Church, PO Box 356, Maine, N.Y. 13802 in Gerry's memory. She touched many lives with love and will continue to do so.
