Beloved friend and companion: Jeanie Paulk of Douglas, Ga.
Sister: Geraldine Kirland of Douglas, Ga
Several Nieces, Nephews, and other relatives also survive.
Funeral services for Mr. Carter was held Saturday, June 04, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at Sims Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Ken Vickers officiating. The internment was in Satilla Memorial Gardens.
Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson, Ga. was in charge of the arrangements.
