She leaves to mourn her death her husband of 25 years Vernon Simpson, her children; Anthony, Jessica, Vernon Jr., Adrienne Simpson all of Fort Smith and Tameka and husband Ernest Carmouche, Verna Milson and Tina Davis all of Louisiana, her father Thomas West and wife Barbara, her mother Barbara Matthews and siblings; Carla Pree, Vickie Jones, Terrie Patterson, Thomas West Jr., Anthony Lewis and Erica West and a host of other relatives.
Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 3, 2016 at Lewis-Roberts Funeral Chapel 4817 Kelley Hwy Fort Smith, Arkansas with Interment to follow at Oak Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Steven Thompson, Osie Pree Jr., James Morton Jr., Ricky Releford, Michael Hayes and Cornell Barker.
Honorary pallbearers will be Amos Jr., Mobley Jr., David Mingo, Kenneth Mobley Jr., Thomas Kelley Weeks Jr., Anthony West and Charles Brown Jr. Repass will be at the Elm Grove Community Center at Greenwood and O in Fort Smith, Arkansas after the service.
