She was born on Nov. 2, 1956 in Warsaw, Indiana to Glen and Rebecca (Lester) Dotson.
She worked in shipping for Mallard Coach Company in Nappanee, Indiana where she had worked for many years.
She was a graduate of Akron High School in 1974. She was a former member of Silver Creek Church of God. She always enjoyed listening to Gospel CD’s. She was a very active part of the Literacy Coalition at the Akron Carnegie Library.
