Mr. Frederick Eugene Graham, of Henderson, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday May 31, 2016. Frederick, known by friends and family as Fred, was born on December 27, 1928 to Raymond Collie and Bernice Ellen McKenzie Graham in Tennessee Colony, Texas. He was married to Joanna Hightower Graham June 2, 1956.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Horace Ray Graham, Sammy Jack Graham and grandson Robert Collie Allen.

Fred was a Sergeant in the United States Army with active service in the Korean War, with the 5th Armored Division, receiving a Korean Service Metal and Bronze Service Star. Fred retired after 33 years from LeTourneau in Longview, Texas and enjoyed his retirement years with his family in the Crims Chapel community of Rusk County. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was always willing to help and serve other people, while always responding, “I’m fine”, when asked if he needed anything himself; right up to the minute he went home with our Lord.
