Gibson Pioneer Dies at Home - Burial to be Monday
Funeral services for Peter Brouchord(sic), 75, of the Town of Gibson, who died Thursday at his home following a heart attack suffered a month ago, will be held from the Holy Cross Church at Mishicot Monday morning. Mr. Brouchord was born in Switzerland October 15, 1857 and at the age of seven immigrated to this country with his parents and settled in the Town of Gibson where he remained since. He was married 43 years ago to Hortense Galland who died 14 years ago at Gibson.
The old settler is survived by four daughters, Mrs. George DesJarlais of Lena, Mrs. August Felliez, Gibson, Mrs. Michael Millecki and Mrs. Harold Schultz, both of Two Rivers and two sons, John of Gibson and Arthur of Two Rivers. He also leaves 15 grandchildren.
