Funeral Services will be 11 A.M. Saturday May 28, 2016 in the Grover United Methodist Church with Rev. Melvin Bell officiating. Burial will follow in the Utsey Cemetery with Military Honors by U. S. Army.
Pallbearers will be Joey Spell, Tommy Spell, Eddie Wren, Jeff Sweatman, Raef Judd and Sid Jackson.
Visitation will be an hour before the service at the church. Steve was born February 8, 1951 in Charleston a son of the late, Andrew Jackson Duncan and Margaret Spell Duncan.
He was predeceased by his son, William Jackson Duncan and his sister, Mandy D. Evans.
He attended RB Stall High School, served in the US Army during the Vietnam War and was a Trim Carpenter.
Surviving is his wife, Kitty Power Duncan, Charleston; children, Rory D. (Tre) Couturier, Mt. Pleasant, Tracy D. (Eric) Caslin, Walterboro, Stephanie D. (Brett) Harris, Greenville: Grandchildren; Julian Couturier, IV, and Coleson Couturier: and the mother of his children; Claudia W. Duncan, North Charleston and his uncle, Joseph Spell of Moncks Corner.
