-----------------------------------------

Rosalyn (a.k.a. Rot) suffered with Diabetes for countless years. She struggled with it terribly. Despite her tireless efforts, she finally succumbed to the horrible disease on Saturday, May 14, 2016. No more insulin. No more hospital stays. No more tough talks from those who loved her most. Our Heavenly Father saw her endless plight and said, “Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden and I will give you rest.” She is at peace now … resting in the bosom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Rot love life. If you were fortunate enough to be in her presence, you were guaranteed a good time. She had close circle of friends who helped to make every moment memorable. Her BFF, Fidel, was with her every step of the way. Rot never met a stranger. During her brief stay in Atlanta, she got scolded for befriending people she didn’t even know. Oddly enough, they still ask about her. She touched the hearts of everyone she met, and made a lasting impression. To know her was to love her. She had a unique way of making you feel special. She celebrated life each and every day. Today, we celebrate her!

Rot was loved by many and will be truly missed by all; especially her stepfather: Eugene Harden; three children: Eurica Bloodser (Quintin), Andrew Bloodser (Maria) and Joshua Bloodser (Beatrice) dedicated brothers and sisters: Dale Brown(Mary), Denise Brown (Norris), LaWanda Johnson (Ronald) Willie Brown (Zaye), and Robert Brown (Matilda); grandchildren: Jajmon, Madison, Serenity, Joel, and Joshua. Her grandchildren were her heart and soul. As sweet and kind as Rot was she had another side and if you wanted to see it,mess with her family. She also had eight bonus brother and sisters: Anita West, Deloris West, Brenda West, Teresa West, Larry Harden, Derrick Harden, Fredrick Harden, and Antony Alford. Aunts: Mary Ellen Brown, Helen West, Willie Ann Wilson and Maude West. Cousins: Louise Poole and Bertha McFadden- as well as a host of many nieces, nephews, other cousins and friends.
