Eleanor C. Keiper, 92, formerly of Emmaus, died July 10, 2009 in ManorCare, Allentown. She was the widow of the late Frederick A. Keiper and the late Ralph Hillegass. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Allen and Helen (Brown) Strohl. She was a homemaker.

Survivors: Son, Richard A. Hillegass and wife Mary of Allentown; 9 Grandchildren and numerous Great Grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter, Marguerite P. Keller.

Services: Funeral Services Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at 11:00 AM in Schantz Funeral Home, Inc., 250 Main St., Emmaus. Viewing 10:00 to 11:00 AM in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Grandview Cemetery.
