Helen Janet Carty Muller, beloved mother of Richard, Stephen, and Michael, passed on to Heaven on Sunday, May 29, 2016.

Janet, as she preferred to be called, was born in San Francisco, California on January 13, 1922. Her family relocated to Los Angeles, California where she attended John Marshall High School. There she met Robert "Bob" Muller and they both attended the University of Southern California where Janet joined the Alpha Gamma Delta sorority. Janet and Bob were married on December 30, 1944 and, after World War II, they resided in both the San Fernando Valley and Newport Beach communities.

Janet enjoyed traveling with Bob on their boat and took numerous along the coasts of California and Mexico with their family and friends. She was a fabulous painter, loved gardening, dancing, and cooking. She is survived by 9 grandchildren and one great grandchild whom she loved dearly. Janet had a wonderful zest for life, a smile for everyone, and lived her life to the fullest.
