Gustav C Stucklauser
The funeral of Gustav C Stucklauser, aged 75 years, who died at his home 273 North Mechanic street last night, will be held Monday afternoon at 2: 30 o'clock from the home. Rev Carl F Bergner, pastor of St Luke's Lutheran church will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Mr Stucklauser is survived by his wife and one daughter, Emma Stucklauser, aged four. Mr Stucklauser was one of the oldest residents of this city and had a large acquaintance. He at one time conducted a brewery here. Mr Stucklauser was married eleven years ago to Miss Fannie Hoom in Germany. He was born in Wurtenburg, coming to this country in 1860. He joined the Union Army in 1861 as a musician in the band of the Second Regiment Volunteer Infantry, Potomac Home Brigade. Mr Stucklauser is also survived by a sister, Mrs L Schuler, Brooklyn, N.Y.
