Edith Delia (Madore) Gibson, 82, of Bristol, passed away surrounded by the love of her family on Wednesday, May 4, 2016. She was the wife of the late James Edward Gibson. Born on March 12, 1934 in Eagle Lake, Maine, she was the daughter of the late Ben A. and Delia (Theriault) Madore.
Edith was a blessing to everyone that she encountered. Nothing was more important to her than her family and so that is where her focus was each and every day. A beautiful person on the inside and out and she will be so dearly missed by all those who knew her.
She leaves her children Kathleen LeBeuf, Lawrence Deschenes, Barbara Gallagher and her husband Craig and Monica Demers and her husband Randy; her grandchildren Jessica Gallagher, John Chiarappi, George LeBeuf, Jr. and his wife Brenda and AnnMarie Demers; her great-grandchildren Benjamin and Hannah Gallagher and Tyler and Ashley LeBeuf; her siblings Viola Fowler and her husband Gino, Norman Madore and his wife Janice, Betty Eakman and her husband Richard, George Madore and his wife Marie and Billy Madore and his wife Joyce. She was preceded in death by two sons Curtis Gibson and James Deschenes.
