Married first Sally Keaton, (abt.1790 - ca.1823/25 Henry Co., KY), Mar.30,1813 in Henry Co., KY.

Married 2nd Jane Galbraith Sutton, (1795-1841), Sept.24,1826 in Henry Co., KY

Married 3rd Louisa (Van Deusen) Burns, (1816-1888), May 13,1843 in Marion Co., IL. After his death she married Samuel Phillips and lived around Alma, in Marion Co., IL.

Lived in Henry Co., KY until after 1826 and was in Ohio Co., KY by 1830.

Settled Oskaloosa Twp., Clay Co., IL abt.1833, where he held Methodist services and a sister, Elizabeth (Rawlings) Meek taught the first school. In August of 1850 he was farming in District 3 of St.Clair County, Illinois. He probably moved back to Marion Co., IL prior to his death, since his widow remarried there about eight months latter.

It's difficult to be absolutely certain about exactly where he died and was buried, (either St.Clair or Marion Co., IL? ), but the most interesting clue I've located is an unconfirmed statement that his death occurred in Omega Twp., Marion Co., IL. This location is on the line between Clay and Marion Co., IL, and not far from his former home in Oskaloosa Twp., Clay Co.. It would make it extremely likely that he's buried in the now apparently lost Methodist burial ground established near his home in that township, where his mother and most likely his 2nd wife, along with others currently unknown, are reportedly buried.

Still seeking the burial locations of the following children:

Taulbert/Tolbert Rawlings, (Jan.23,1817 Henry Co., KY - aft 1880 of Milam Co., TX/ (or possibly of Quitman Arkansas ca.1892). Married Martha Ann Dillman.

Rebecca (Rawlings) Bishop Wantland Boomer, (Oct.11,1818 Henry Co., KY - Oct.12,1868 Metropolis, Massac Co., IL. Married 1st Nathan Bishop, (d.1845);
married 2nd Samuel Wantland, (d.1867); married 3rd Daniel Boomer.

Sarah Nuttall (Rawlings) Stewart, (abt.1826 Henry Co., KY - before 1870),
married her 1st cousin Thomas Price Stewart, (abt.1819 - 1864).

There were other children who died young, but these three all appear to have left at least one or more generations of descendants.
