Roy Edward Perkins, age 86, of LaFollette went home to be with the Lord on Friday May 27, 2016.

He was Church of God faith and a member of Old Pathway Gospel Church, Roy was a very loving husband, father and papaw.

Preceded in death by wives Jayetta Branam Perkins and Monnie Sweeney Perkins, son John Paul Perkins, grandson Bently Perkins, brothers Andy and J.L. Perkins, sisters Trula Perkins, Pauline Housley and Dorothy Murphy.

Survived by sons and daughters in law Charles Eddie and Darlene Perkins, Stanley and Barbara Perkins, Ricky and Sibyl Perkins all of LaFollette , Mark and Heidi Perkins of Knoxville, daughters and sons in law Ellen and Tommy Wright, Missy and Donnie Branam all of LaFollette, 13 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be 6:00 - 8:00 pm Sunday May 29, 2016 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home, funeral service will follow at 8:00 with Rev. James Leach and son Mark Perkins officiating.

Family and friends will meet at 10:15 am Monday May 30, 2016 at Martin Wilson Funeral Home and proceed to Campbell Memorial Gardens for 11:00 am interment. Arrangements by Martin Wilson Funeral Home in LaFollette
