Survivors include three sisters, Tessie Ophelia Riddle of Texas, Amy Elizabeth Graves of McAlester, and Cannie King of Blanchard; two brothers, Walter Herman Monks of Haywood and Finis Roger Monks of Tulsa with one brother, Alex Kermit Monks having preceded her in death June of 1976.
Funeral services will take place Thursday at 2 pm in the Chaney's Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Sisco officiating. Burial will be in Memory Gardens with Champ Hodges, Otis Duran, James Arnold, Carrol Allen, Ray Arnold, and Pete Roberts serving as pallbearers.
