Charles T. Adcock Age 90, of Effort, PA, formerly of Youngstown, OH & Bangor, PA, died December 27, 2000.

Charlie was born August 25, 1910 in Fairfield, IL to the late Adam K. & Lottie (Abbey) Adcock. He retired in 1972 from Youngstown Sheet & Tube Plant in Youngstown, OH. He held various positions at Lynkirk Church of Christ in Youngstown, OH, & wrote for their newsletters & bulletins. He was a 1928 graduate of Abingdon H.S. & attended Brown's Business College in Galesburg, IL. He enjoyed writing poetry & had been a Scoutmaster.

His wife, Louise D. (Davis) Adcock, died in '99. A daughter, Nancy Adcock, died in '52.

The service will be 11 am Wednesday, January 3 at Watson F.H., 1849 N. Seminary St., Galesburg, IL, with visitation 10-11. Burial will be in Abingdon Cemetery in Abingdon, IL.
