Barbara May Bass, 72, died on May 26, 2016 at her home in Libby. She was born on December 2, 1943 at Eureka, Montana to William and Lorancy Hume.
Barbara spent most of her life in Lincoln County. She married Gerald Bass September 25, 1985 in Spokane, Washington. They had been married 31 years. She was a member of the Red Hat Society, a member of The Christian Church and the Church of Christ. She enjoyed going to rummage sales.
She was preceded in death by her youngest son, Shane Edward Wallace.
Survivors include her 5 children, Kathleen, Ricky, James, Toria and Larry; 2 sisters Lori and husband Ron; Donna and husband Gary; and a brother Freddy and wife Dale; 14 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.
Services will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Tobacco Valley Cemetery in Eureka.
