Mrs. Adkins died Sept. 14 at her home in the Crossroad Community foollowing an extended illness.
She was a member of Mt. Herman Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband, Cecil Adkins of Smithville; a son Eddie Adkins of Smithville; three brothers, Roy Goodwin of Smithville, Walter Goodwin of Liberty and Orvil Goodwin of Centertown; three sisters, Mrs. Nettie Hale of Ohio, Mrs. Katherine Johnson and Mrs. Sue Groom of Donelson.
Serving as pallbearers were Gloston Mullican, Buford Mullican, Jerry Scott, Jerry Vanatta, Billy Hale and L.C. Tramel.
Walker Funeral Home Inc. was in charge of arrangements.
