Jason S. Horn was born Jan. 25, 1973, in Portland, where he lived most of his life. He graduated from David Douglas High School and was a construction worker.
Survivors include his sons, Kody, Brenden, Joshua and Michael; mother, Sheila; father, Joseph; stepmother, Trudy; brothers, Gregg and Garrett; and fiance, Kristina Zinsli.
