Last Rites Tuesday for William Magin
Last rites for William J. Magin, 56, retired Rochester city fireman, will be held at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday in the Norbert Vay Funeral Home, 604 Maple St., and at 9 a.m. in Holy Family Church.
Mr. Magin died in his home at 43 Lisbon St. Friday (March 7, 1958).
Before retiring recently, he was in the Fire Bureau 28 years, most of them with Engine 18. He was a member of the Firemen's Benevolent Assn.
Mr. Magin leaves his wife, Leona V. Magin; a daughter, Mrs. Lorenzo Cunningham, Jr.; a son, Adelbert W. Magin; a granddaughter; a sister, Mrs. Howard Veltz; and several nieces and nephews. Burial will be in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
