Bardell Rankin Meadows, of Magee, passed away on May 24, 2016 at the age of 100. She was born on March 7, 1916 to her parents, the late James Madison Rankin and Dussilla (Ware) Rankin in Mississippi.
Mrs. Meadows was a homemaker and member of First Baptist Church of Magee.
She is survived by her son, John Meadows (Paula) and one grandson, Michael Paul Meadows (Jennifer).
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Claude A. Meadows; one son, Kenneth Meadows; two brothers; W.T. Rankin, J.C. Rankin and sister Marie Ainsworth.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, May 28, 2016 at 10:00 am in Magee City Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest.
