ASHTABULA — Bobbie J. Russell, age 56, of Butternut Circle, died Friday, Sept. 16, 2011, at Ashtabula County Medical Center. She was born July 21, 1955, in Ashtabula, Ohio, the daughter of Anthony R. and Gloria J. (Colucce) Vincenzo. Mrs. Russell worked for many years as a Respiratory Therapist and District Manager for Lincare. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren and vacationing in Florida.
She is survived by her loving husband, Walter "Pete" Russell, whom she married in July of 1994; sons, Bryan (Nicole) Smith of Ashtabula and Lewis (Shannon) Smith of Cincinnati; step-son, Kurt Russell of Atlanta, Ga.; step-daughter, Courtney Russell of Chicago; grandchildren, Logan, Parker, Lilly, Bryan, Tyler and Cooper; sisters, Debbie (Scott) Torok of Ashtabula, and Gena Vincenzo of Grand Pairie, Texas; brothers, Donald (Donna) Vincenzo, Tony (Cathy) Vincenzo and Brad Vincenzo, all of Ashtabula; and her dog, "Rocky." She was preceded in death her parents.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 21st, at St. Joseph Church, 3312 Lake Ave., Ashtabula, with Fr. Ernesto Rodriguez presiding. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Ashtabula. Calling Hours will be from 5 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 20th, at ZABACK-DUCRO FUNERAL HOME, 500 W. Prospect Road, Ashtabula.
