Helen KNARR
Knarr, Helen Peacefully passed away surrounded by the love of her family on Friday, May 20, 2016 at Chartwell LTC, Elmira, at the age of 92 years. Beloved wife of the late Noah B. Knarr (2000). Loved mother of Bob (Audrey) of Elmira, Larry (Carol) of Elmira, and Mary-Ann Scheifley of Conestogo. Loving grandmother of 13 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. Remembered by two sisters-in-law Dorothy and Vicky Seyler. She was predeceased by her daughter Carol Wittie, son-in-law Doug Scheifley, brothers Adam, Hilbert, Harold, Peter, Clarence, and Irvin Seyler, and sisters Edna Ackerl, Elsie and Minetta Seyler. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 26, 2016 at 11 a.m. at St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, 131 Flax Mill Dr., Conestogo. Cremation has taken place. As expressions of sympathy, donations to St. Matthew's Lutheran Church or the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated. Special thanks to staff at Chartwell for taking such good care of our mom for the last few months.
