A solemn requiem mass for Mrs. Mary E. Finan, 84, who died Friday night at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Thomas A. Dougherty, 709 Lincoln Street, was celebrated this morning in St. Patrick's Catholic Church by Rev. Raymond F. Coleman, Air Force chaplain. Assisting were Rt. Rev. Herman D. Mattingly, deacon; Rev. Joseph Finan, sub-deacon, and Rev. Charles W. Bogan, pastor of St. Mary's Church, Lonaconing, master of ceremonies. Very Rev. J. Lawrence Kilkenny, pastor of St. Patrick's, delivered the sermon. Clergy in the sanctuary included Rev. Thomas A. Hardesty, assistant pastor; Rev. Robert J. Kilgannon, pastor of St. Anthony's Church, Ridgeley. and Rev. John M. Coulehan, MM. Pallbearers were Raymond Hinkle, John Mattingly, E. B. Sitter, Thomas Keech, Bernard Mullan and A. J. Chorpenning. interment was in the parish cemetery.
