Ernest G. Ashcraft, 69, of Tull community (Grant County), a former resident of Pine Bluff, died this morning at his home.
He was a retired employee of the Cotton Belt Railroad.
He was a Mason and a member of the Saline Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors included his wife, Mrs. Delva Tull Ashcraft; two sons, Johnny Ashcraft of Fresno, California, and Sherman Ashcraft of Pine Bluff; two brothers, A. N. Ashcraft of San Mateo, California and J. R. Ashcraft of Pine Bluff; five sisters, Mrs. Avis Harrison and Mrs. Vera Hicks, both of Tull, Mrs. Faye Reynolds of Shreveport, Mrs. Madge Norman of Riverside, California and Mrs. Lethia McCool of Sheridan.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by Ashby Funeral Home of Benton.
